Product Description
1. The Copper Busbars are used in Volkswagen Cars, and the product surface is very beautiful and the size is very precise. We support both small batch samples, but also support large batch rapid production!
2. Products through the Wire-cut Electrical Discharge Machining（WEDM）, fixture bending, polishing, electroplating, epoxy coating, total in five processes!
3. The tolerance of the product is ±0.02mm. We measure our products to the full size（FAI measurement） to make sure every size is standard and reach the requirement!
4. The material of the product is imported copper, brand TP2C1220SF-CuC12000. The supplier provided the material certificate and material environmental protection certificate!
5. The manufacturing cycle of the small batch is 10 days, and the product has passed the customer's requirements in T0 sample circle and is ready to start mass production at any time!
