Product Description
1. Overmoulding/Overmolding is a common process to put stainless steel or copper parts into the mold molding! We have over 10 years of professional experience in this field!
2. The mold designer needs to reserve a thimble in the mold for placing the nut. During injection molding, the operator puts the nut into the mold and then closes the mold!
3. In order to increase efficiency, we custom fixture and use the manipulator to automatically place the nut into the mold! The efficiency of production has been increased by three times.
4. According to the customer's requirements, if the nut needs to pass the salt spray test, then the corresponding copper nut needs to be electroplated, stainless steel is not required!
5. The tolerances of the nuts（Insert) need to match the tolerances of the plastic parts, and we have a good control of them!
